Help me!! Flat search problems...?
I need to know a decent website with places for rent that isn't littered with scams. I've been looking for a place since Monday, which I know isn't a long time, but already I'm feeling disheartened and depressed because every time I see something I like it's either already been taken, is very much out of date, has misleading info on it or is part of a scam. My friend and I want a 1 bedroom flat or studio North of the river in London, we can afford £500pcm maximum and we're not looking to share with strangers as another friend might join us once their job has come through. We have to leave soon as our parents are getting seriously annoyed with us still living with them (we're 19 and 20 years old) 
We both have enough money to keep going for at least a year. What to do, please help me because I'm losing hope in something I can't afford to give up on.

This is the largest independent site where most big estate agents advertise property for sale and rent. The site allows you to search an area or enter a post code and you can set a budget and view pictures saving a lot of time.
Don't be afraid to make an offer, things are tight at the moment so if there is one you like at £550 don't be afraid to offer £500, the worst they can say is no.
